Operating in a constantly evolving industry It’s been a very busy year at Vending Glasgow.
We have tested many new ideas and state of the art technologies to ensure we are always providing our customers the best interaction with their vending machines and an unbeatable level of customer service.
We have halved our call out times with the majority of breakdowns and requests being resolved from 48 hours down to an average just 12 working hours.
Our range of snacks and drinks have tripled since January. Going the extra mile on individual requests from staff in the workplace has not only been a success for us but is increasing morale for our customers.

Updating our vending machines to the latest models have reduced product jamming and overall reliability. Less down time, more snack time!
What’s coming up next year?
We can’t give everything away just yet, but our customers should keep an eye out for more contactless payments systems including Apple Pay on our vending machines.
For the more health conscious individuals we have a huge new range of healthy alternatives coming early in 2016 not to mention our free from range including gluten free snacks.
